The client runs a route-based travel booking platform where fares shift constantly — by route, by day, sometimes by hour. Static ad creative was the core problem: an ad promising a fare that had already moved by the time someone clicked created a mismatch between expectation and landing page, and that mismatch was showing up directly in cost per acquisition.
The challenge: Generic “book your next trip” creative converts worse than route-specific, price-accurate ads in travel — but manually updating creative for every route, every day, isn’t something any team can sustain. The client needed pricing accuracy without a full-time job managing ad copy.
The approach: We built a dynamic feed pulling live fare data across the client’s full route map, refreshed every 6 hours, and connected it to both Google Ads (dynamic search and feed-based campaigns) and social (Meta dynamic ads). Instead of one generic ad, each user saw creative reflecting real, current pricing for the specific route they’d shown interest in — refreshed often enough to stay accurate without needing near-real-time infrastructure the client didn’t have budget for.
The result: 26%: CPA drop, 40% conversion rate lift on route-specific vs. generic creative
